  I don't know why I keep trying and shop here. One visit in ten nets satisfaction. Today's response was nothing but shrugs from the "ahem" helpful staff. They had half of what I wanted, but had no ideas on what mysterious process might get me all the items I wanted. Guess the restocking fairy was on break.

  Good service. Great ambiance and local products too. Even though I left right after closing time on Saturday... I noticed that they let a last minute shopper in.

  Great people - friendly and helpful. My only complaint is in the stock/special orders. Lots of back-orders and "oh, we forgot to order your item" or "we only receive products on Thursdays". This is a fast growing town with a "small town" mentality which needs to catch up to the expansion. Everything here is still slow paced and all you can do when they say "it's not in yet" is smile, go home and wait another week. ;)
